The Media Link Software® (MLS) team excels at customer service, especially when it comes to ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Once you have signed a license agreement, you are assigned a specialist versed in training, technical support and media buying. A separate developer will then create the profile and set up users and settings. This (free) process usually takes two business days.
Training can begin the next day. It is performed through a webinar during which your MLS specialist walks your team through license-related tasks. For experienced media buyers 2.5-hour long sessions will cover all the basics to get started. Newcomers will receive additional training on industry vocabulary, standard principles and processes. You will receive access to a detailed manual answering FAQs. Your specialist will remain available for specific questions throughout the time of the license. Most users are fully operational within a week of licensing. Your access to your MLS specialist will continue without a charge for the period of the license.
Setting up the Nielsen subscription may take more time, since we rely on the Nielsen team to provide the digital books. We will work with you to make sure the Nielsen data is incorporated appropriately and immediately accessible. Nielsen usually provides the digital books between 3 and 14 days after the initial request. You developer will incorporate the books within one business day.
