Importing Avails in the MLS media buying system

Previously on the Media Link Software media buying system, users manually added avails from broadcast reps individually.  Manually adding avails is tedious and there’s a greater chance for error.  We were receiving more requests for the ability to upload avails electronically each month, so we decided it was time to take that step.  We have now made it possible to take avails in an Excel format from your station rep and with a bit of reformatting, make them ready to upload into the system.  Importing avails made this part of the buying process significantly faster and easier.  This, along with our affordable fee, is just one of the ways in which we are striving to make our product one of the best buys in media placement software.
