Monthly Reports added to MLS ad placement software

Looking through our Blogs in 2012, it looks like we’ve introduced a new feature or function to our ad placement software each month.  In the year ahead, we’re going to continue this momentum.

This last month, we’ve introduced a new Monthly Totals report into our ad placement software.   With this new feature you are capable of seeing a synopsis of your orders for a single client by month and/or medium, as well as a single window to see all active clients.  This function in our software calculates gross and net totals, as well as GRPS and spot counts per station.  This new feature also has the ability to import information into excel and gives you the option of hiding the summary table of the order.

This new report came from the suggestion of one of the advertising agencies currently using our media buying system.  All of us have different systems in place with our media planning and buying and this tool really helped the individual needs of this agency.  In fact, as we developed this feature, we wanted to make sure we developed it to fit a number of functions to give it the flexibility to adapt to the reports you need for your advertising agency or organization.
